New Orleans is pure magic. The dark, sultry, decadent, powerful energy stayed with me long after all of my visits. New Orleans is pure hedonism. It’s an extra layer of cream…that last drink you shouldn’t have had…and an atmosphere that is so thick with spirits, you can almost physically touch them.
Since this isn’t the time to go to NOLA, I’ve decided to bring it to you!
One of my favorite memories of the city is finding my way into dark alleys and stumbling across the most magical of characters, who would pull Tarot cards, read my palm, and connect me with my deceased relatives. And while I sat there, immersed in this mystical bubble, the jazz music played on and on, and the aroma of beignets and chicory sat heavy in the air.
